With over a decade of experience with Nielsen, she has partnered with clients across various stages of the innovation development process. From idea generation, screening, concept development, communication/packaging/product optimisation and launch plan optimisation, Richa's extensive portfolio boasts nearly a thousand innovation stimuli. What sets her apart is not only the breadth and depth of her work but also her global reach. She has successfully crafted innovations tailored for the Asian, Middle Eastern, European, and North American markets, granting her a profound understanding of regional nuances in customer decision-making processes. Her education in psychology and philosophy from Oxford University has further strengthened her understanding of human behaviour.
While customer centricity remains her forte, Richa's true passion lies in sustainability. Driven by this passion, she has acquired a repertoire of sustainability-related skills from Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership. In addition, she has initiated her own project in India and actively supports impactful endeavours in Switzerland.
